Capital View Cafe - Saint Paul

Absolutely delicious food, best omelette I have ever had. The service was quick and friendly, in spite of how busy they were. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots.

This restaurant produced high quality, flavorful, catered food. The owner and staff were very personable, helpful and understanding, they went above and beyond with extra added touches! The food was ready on time, and packed securely. The homemade salsa was a hit with the crowd and Capital View has earned a life long customer!

Service was mediocre too good They meant well the dirty carpet is what blew me on top of the trash being on the carpet no one picked that up throughout our visit for the carpet itself its completely filthy we had a slice of pie also to go and it was amazing we do appreciate the service that they could offer however we did not like the sign at our table you only have one hour to dine in

Pancakes were good, biscuits and gravy was not. It said homemade sausage gravy, but if that is true, then they badly need a new recipe, since it looked and tasted like it was from a can. Great atmosphere though, with nice hand-painted portraits on the walls.

My new favorite breakfast place! I have been to all the great spots in the Twin Cities metro area and this is the best menu I have seen. Food is EGGS-ELENT, prices are nice, and staff is great!
