Bruegger's Bagels - Saint Paul

Worst customer service experience ever. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience. Actually, I didn't want to come in today. But I slept and I needed breakfast, that wasn't fat like McDonald?s. Mara finished side work and did not even recognize me. When she came to me, she never said, me? I was there three weeks ago and a man was in front of me. Lily helped him right away. When she came to me, she said, "Wait?" and on with side work. A male employee actually helped me. And then the next person who showed up was a man. Lily left what she did to help him. When she confronted Lily today that she was rude to me and Mara was rude to me; instead of apologising, she got defense. She claimed I was the one who was rude and mean. Although she raised her voice to me. I'm my mother? I'm not taking this treatment. I have already written an email to companies and I will write a letter directly to the president of the company. Don't go here. At least I have free bagels.

Good bagels. The service is very slow. We waited thirty plus minutes for an online order. Must find out in person verses online orders.

We waited for 45 minutes because we love the Bagels so much! We recognize the current personnel problems, but perhaps a better system would help to move things further. I also feel for the employees. If a person could be destined to check, make eggs etc. and the rest to assemble sandwiches. Or turn off mobile orders when there are long lines in the store or at least Saturday morning.

We had a last minute of catering needed for breakfast, and Bruegger's rose to the plate (Pun intended). They followed my request to pack a type separately for food allergies, and one of the staff was friendly enough to help me carry everything on my car. One of the fresh cheese containers (still within the expiry date, i.e. not the error) had a large amount of mold in the product. I called the store to just let them know they wanted to check the others, and they were super apologetic and wanted to do it right. I told them that it was completely unnecessary and that I just wanted to know them. I would recommend the team at this Bruegger.

I ordered a western bagel sandwich with 1 egg. It was good. The people behind the counter were friendly. The store was clean. It was not busy.
