Bidra med feedbackI placed an order yesterday for supper time. Around 7pm I was missing 1 salad and I was charged for it. The delivery guy was on time, and very much appreciated his service and presentation. Nothing to do with the delivery. But my order for 127. 74$ for 3 people was missing servings. Missing one salad and a very poor portion as per a family fries serving. I will not order from this particular resto no more.
Fast service and portions were large. Ate in the dining room and it was empty, which was perfect for our family.
Great chicken and ribs, with quality standards found across the restaurant chain. Offers delivery and take out. Some of their delivery cars are eco-friendly friendly electric.
I picked up drive-through the other night, but my food was forgotten. When I tried to call, no one answered their phones. Even after contacting customer service, the agent attempted to call four times but got no response. There was no manager available, no callbacks, nothing at all. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue, only to be hung up on three times, and I was even transferred to the wrong restaurant in St. Martin. Still, I never received a follow-up call. As a result, my food went cold, and my wife's meal that never got made never arrived either. I eventually had to turn to their competitor, Benny, just to find some competent service. Prices have gone up, but the quality of service has declined. The staff had one simple task: to put chicken and fries in a box, and they couldn’t even manage that. It's pathetic. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Not only do they make mistakes, but they also show no concern afterward. I spent $114 here.
The food is good, but the service has been disappointing for the past five years. I ordered four crispy pieces, but only received three. I called St-Hubert to address the issue, but it was not resolved.
