If they can only improve on their service. The potential is there but there is no guidance. It took me several minutes to get a waitress to serve us. There is no supervision or direction. The majority of the employees seem more interested in socializing with customers than doing their job.

My 1st and last time dining at this establishment. The service was average, I'm assuming she was new because she couldn't answer questions I had regarding the menu, but she was nice and pretty responsive to our needs. Appitizer: The potato skins were great, and the toasted ravioli was fine. Dinner: We ordered the full rack of ribs to share with extra sides. The ribs were overcooked, hard on top, and they were also unusually salty. The sauce was pretty good, though... The coleslaw had a sour smell and taste, so we sent it back. We ordered 2 sides of it, but they only took one side off the bill... When we reviewed the bill, I noticed a added gratuity. There were only 2 of us, and the bill wasn't more than $80. I was high-key offended that they would automatically add gratuity for a two party table. My husband didn't notice at first and had written out a larger tip on the credit card receipt because we usually are a 20 percent or more type of tipper... Once I saw that, we figured all she wanted was that smaller tip, so that's what she got. Even with the food being not the best I figured we would come back and try something different because it's close to our home, and I know everybody can't do ribs, but adding gratuity to our bill was offensive and unacceptable.

Wow, what a difference time makes and Social is proff that you can reinvent yourself. It had been over a year since my last visit. All I was expecting was okay food with a view and plenty of televisions displaying different sporting events. What I got was food that far exceeded my expectations, a friendly bartender that knew how to make drinks with a little flare, and of course the televisions. Food: Nachos(chicken) recommended by the bartender they were excellent. Layered flavors on Nachos? Shut up! But that's what Social delivered. Boneless wings(Social Sauce) personally more like a thin chicken strip than a boneless wing but they were cooked perfectly and smothered in sauce that was sweet heat. The ranch and blue cheese dressings complimented the wings and it was truly above expectations. Never thought I would say this but if you are looking for a good atmosphere with excellent food head over to Social. They won't disappoint.

Drink selection was not good at all..did not have 4 different drinks we asked for no Hennessey casa mingo or any tequila very disappointed. Atmosphere was awesome staff amazing..food was ok nothing too major..will be back again to try the lobster roll..will come back for the atmosphere at this point than the food..wings was a hit!!! 2 big bars in the place with no liquor is not a good look

Awful service and mediocre food. Took 20 minutes to even get a waitress, drinks took almost as long as food, and it took so long to get our bill I'm not sure they wanted us to pay. I ended up going to the kitchen to pay our bill and got more poor service about wanting to split the bill despite the waitress previously telling us we could pay with multiple cards. I certainly will not be back and would not recommend this place. 20% gratuity was also included because we had 6 people and usually that would be fine but the service here absolutely did not warrant it.
