Bidra med feedbackThey are back after what must have been one of the longest commercial reconstruction ever! The new crew is a little slow, the music was a little loud, cashier refused to talk about a whisper, several sandwiches went wrong people. My sandwich was good, and I think the rest should work out themselves...
Predictably good sandwiches and, as the commercials suggest, they are indeed made insanely quickly. There has never been much of a crowd when I have visited, but the place remains in business so maybe most of their customers are take-out or delivery. Anyway, decent sandwiches made quickly.
--- I have to say, while I might still end up with a wrong order from Jimmy John’s, every sandwich I’ve tried here has been incorrect. I specifically request no cheese or mayo, along with a few additional toppings, due to my milk allergy. Although it's not a life-threatening restriction, it can be really disappointing to see those items listed on my receipt as part of my order, only to receive something completely different. This location seems to have some serious issues.
The manager here, Mike, is extremely rude. I can't even begin to describe how poorly he treated me after I purchased three sandwiches. No one, especially a manager, should be allowed to treat customers like that. It's one thing to have a mix-up with an order (which happens often at this place), but it's another to be dismissive about it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, like Picklemans or Gioias. You'll receive much better service, and the food is significantly better.
I visited a restaurant where I encountered an employee at the sandwich station who completely ignored me, despite there being no other customers present. He wouldn't even glance my way or acknowledge my presence. After waiting for a few minutes, a second employee, a white man, arrived and took my order. I couldn't help but wonder what was happening—was the first employee just being rude, or did my appearance play a role?
