Chipotle Mexican Grill - Saint Louis

I?ve ordered from here several times now with a mobile order. I only do so because it?s on my way to work. 11:20 or so and they have no vinaigrette for the salad. I last ordered a salad bowl. There?s literally like 5 pieces of actual spinach in this. Super light. On top I?m consistently waiting 10 minutes past my order time. Meanwhile people who have walked in have ordered and paid and walked out while I wait. What is the point in even ordering through mobile if I have to come and wait anyway.

Food is good, but this location is chronically understaffed; several times I've had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up an order that should have been ready (based on the app estimate) before I arrived. There needs to be a way for the app estimates to flex based on current conditions at the store, and management needs to be more willing to close the dining room or Chipotlane/online orders when they don't have enough staff to meet the demand. I went in the other day and there was only one employee manning the dining room ordering line, where there should have been three. Upper management needs to focus on hiring employee retention, less stressed workers would make for a better experience for everyone.

No disrespect but they must get these employees straight off the short bus. The store is dirty, they ?ran out? of numerous items, and it couldn?t have taken longer. I?m sure I could have killed a chicken, farmed the vegetables, and assembled my bowl by the time I got to the front of the line. This place is a disgrace. Rating 1.5 out of 5.

This location was terrible! The employees were rude. We arrived before 9pm. They were super stingy with even the rice, beans, and lettuce. They were only giving guacamole to online orders. They weren't cooking anything, including the fajita veggies. They locked the doors at a few minutes after 9 and we're not accepting any more in person orders. They were fulfilling online orders only but weren't managing the door to let in the people who had the orders. TRASH!

Worst customer service ever. The employee made my tacos so sloppy while she was talking to one of her friends that was sitting at a table. Not to mention it's dirty and not well kept at all. I won't be returning it's disgusting..
