The service was great, but Bratbeef was not fresh, potatoes were boiled. Disappointed.

Don't eat here. Stop for lunch and 4 people behind the line had their masks pulled down either under their nose or under their lips. Coronavirus is not a topping I like. Eat at your own risk.

Arby is getting better and better??????? The people in this store are all excellent, friendly and very professional!?????????????? I like the mail-cross advertising that Arby's buy, a get a free voucher. I will visit several times before I use the BOGO free coupons before they expire. But I'm going to visit another time.?? I like the Arby's in Brentwood and Kirkwood, MO alike! A very nice occasional treat for me!

The man taking my order was extremely rude. I yelled SIR 3 times and was only 2 feet away from him and he ignored me every single time. I had to wait til he handed me my food to purchase a snack size jamocha shake. The shake was not even mixed properly so I had to do it myself. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and a Beef N Cheddar and there was black curly hair on my chicken sandwich. My 4pc. potato cakes were stale and cold, the 2 gyros had ranch instead of tzazitzi sauce on them. I also never got any horsey sauce for my beef n cheddar!!!
