Jaco's Donair - Saint John

I visited Jaco's and tried their donairs, garlic fingers, and pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious! The donair was loaded with meat, and both the garlic fingers and pizza were fantastic. The service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

I tried a Donair for the first time and decided to visit Jaco's after reading local reviews. It was nothing like I expected, but I absolutely loved it! The owner was a really nice gentleman, and I would definitely recommend trying the Donair here. The pizza also looked incredible when I walked in; the owner was tossing the pizza dough in the air, which means it's homemade crust—a big plus!

The location is quite loud, but the food makes it worth it! I highly recommend ordering takeout... frequently!

I waited over 30 minutes for a simple donair while watching un or partially masked staff preparing the food, handing money and food and taking off their masks. Two people who ordered after me came and went (and these were NOT preorders). Finally got my donair 7 minutes after complaining that I had been waiting 30 minutes. My first and last time there... the donair was dry with almost no sauce and the meat was tepid and otherwise was unexceptional. AND it was supposed to be a Lebanese restaurant, but pizza and donairs ! No tabbouleh or hummus or anything like Lebanese. A Covid super spreader waiting to happen!
