We get a few Courseys Smoked Speck every year for Christmas from the grandmother of my fiancées. She sends us in bitter cold Minnesota. It's the best bacon we've ever had, and we look forward to it every year. This year we've ever baked some of the best quiche and shared it with friends and family who don't have the smokey pieces of bacon inside. Thank you. Course!
