The kitchen is a real romantic poem. We took the evening bucolic menu. It was delicious and original. The dessert is beautiful and to fall parterre. Thanks to the whole team and bravo.

Excellent! I loved the place, whether it's the setting, the quality of the dishes, or the attention of the team in the room. Each dish offered its share of surprise, and perfectly showcased selected quality products with care whether on site or on the Atlantic coast. An excellent address with dedicated and passionate staff and chef, who deserves to be known for its product respect, with simplicity and humility.

Incredible star, the best of all my experiences. To try absolutely, yes, there is no meat dish... but what fireworks of tastes, presentations, invention... really top!

Located in the charming village of Saint-Jean-Aux-Bois, Oise. The place is suitable for bucolic and digestive walks. The Auberge, like an old stone hatch covered with ivory, welcomes us to the warmth of its beautiful fireplaces. The large restaurant room and the number of tables allow a cosy atmosphere in all discretion. It emerges from the menu some very inspired poetry. Certainly the story of a successful personal construction. Without any false steps, the dishes succeed and take you away. Potagers, undergrowth, full sea... Everything is harmoniously dominated and mastered to give way to the Emotion. Cherry on the cake, the visit of the kitchens at the end of the meal and a moment of sharing with the Chef. Moment in simplicity around a pot that confirms what I had felt throughout the meal... a generous, thoughtful and serene man. Like a pilgrimage on one of the paths of Santiago de Compostela... Discoveries, Sharing and Souvenir.
