Excellent, excellent food. Laid back atmosphere, good service. Reservations are a must and you might want to reserve significantly in advance for a weekend night. Some of the most beautiful, imaginative and tasty dishes of Italian restaurants on long island. not overpriced, and they can bring their own wine at any time. because the place is tiny (we appreciate about 30 seats) it has a cozy feeling. very casual-no tablecloths, simple tables, open kitchen, wooden walls etc; it has the feeling of a simple rural kitchen. but eating is excellent. fixed price 3 curs dinner is $40. fp 4 curs is $50. good. many choices with enough variety to satisfy everyone. the service is personal and excellent. must be well booked in advance due to the limited seating.

As always, the trattoria not disappointed. we were there several times and everything is consistently great. the scallops, brasato and maple marscapone cheesecakes were incredible. the polnta is amazing that I have tried and it does not advance again! we will come back as soon as possible!

My wife and I go to the place where they opened; we are never disappointed. we just wish that reservations are easier to come, but wait is worth the reward.
