Urban Fare - Saint Ives Australia

Ordered a lasagne from the deli. Got back to the hotel room and it was stone cold. Put it in the bin. No time to go back. Not happy.

Everything is really good, the cashiers in the front is always friendly to me. The only reason for 4 star is the fruit and veg is a hit and a miss sometimes. Very often I get home only to find the raspberries are no good, I have had other items with the same deal. Other than that, good selection. The deli in the back also makes some tasty breakfast!

Starbucks inside. Things are fresh and looks so good. You can enjoy your pastry from store, and grab coffee at Starbucks right in. Fruits tray was really fresh and sweet, came back to get another one the next day its sold out!! Cheese and meat plates are good combination and very good as well.

Starbucks inside the store had a long line with only one person working both till and bar. The Asian girl was a sweetheart and kept her cool and her smile and did a great job. I felt bad for her but she did her best and my drink was delicious. I left a 25% tip because she deserved it. I wish I had gotten her name and tell the store that she did amazing and that her manager should be more attentive to staffing the place.

Shelley S is one of the snarkiest cashiers I’ve ever met. The store is nice, the workers… not so much.
