Incredible customer service and excellent tea!It was my first time ordering online from this store to get a few gifts for my father (as he's a lover of pu'erh) as well as for myself. They have a great selection of tea that couldn't be found anywhere else in the lower mainland.Unfortunately, there was a bit of issue with the courier company that was supposed to be delivering the order. However, this store went the extra mile to offer a workable solution so that I can receive my order in time.Thank you so much! I will definitely be a returning customer, especially with the tea so delicious!

We had a lovely anniversary celebration here. My partner is vegetarian and they were able to accommodate with this delicious vegan cake. Olivia was knowledgeable and really did a great job explaining the different varieties of tea and how they’re infused. We left with a few samples and a new teapot to try brewing at home. We had a delicious oolong and pu’erh. We will definitely be back to try more!

This is my favorite tea shop, hands down! I went in intending to buy a few puerh tasters, but the lovely lady offered to do a tasting of both teas on the spot to save me having to make another trip after tasting the tea at home. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. We sipped tea and compared tasting notes. In the end I walked away with two new teas that I absolutely love to add to my collection. I can't recommend this place enough! Not only is their products quality, but the service and experience has been exceptional. I cannot wait to go back again and try more teas!

My introduction to Treasure Green Tea Company was during the Light up Chinatown festival, where they had set up a sidewalk station serving specialty cold tea drinks. The enthusiasm of the staff was palpable, and it was evident that they took great pride in their craft. This enthusiasm was infectious, drawing a crowd that included a group of girls who returned for a second round even as we waited for our drinks.We'll definitely be coming back to the shop for another visit!
