Mr. Waffle Bubble Tea

We were passing by and decided to pop in for some bubble tea, and we’re so glad we did! To our surprise, they serve some of the best home-cooked Persian-style dishes. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious! The service was excellent, with the staff being exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed the chicken platter and the shammi beef kabab platter, both of which were fantastic! We capped off our meal with a delightful fresh bubble waffle.

Just like home! This cafe offers great food and drinks. I had the chicken platter, while my friend had the chicken wrap, both of which were enjoyable. We also tried the piña colada slush, which was fantastic. The staff even gave my friend an extra slush as a kind gesture. Kim was a sweetheart, and I really appreciate her positive attitude! Thank you for the wonderful service. I highly recommend this place. As for parking, Victoria Drive can get busy at times, but there’s neighborhood parking available.

The food here is excellent, and the service is outstanding! The lovely woman who prepared my donair even shared her mandarin oranges with me, which truly made my day. Overall, it's a genuine establishment with a diverse selection.

The food was so great, I really like that the chicken was steamed and came with very fresh vegetables. Also, It costs only around 10 bucks, pretty cheap compared to other store. The owner was so nice, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I called the store and ordered 3 strawberry and 2 pina colada bubble teas to go. The lady who served me when I went to pick up the drinks was super sweet; instead of dumping the remaining slushes, she poured them into a 6th cup and gave it to me for free (I even offered to pay her for it)! She then helped me carry some out of the shop. Everyone enjoyed the drinks, including me (I drank the sixth cup)! I love supporting small businesses like this! I’ll have to return to try the other food items next time.
