This place is great!!!!! Staff were so knowledgeable and we loved chatting with them. Who knew there was so much intricacy in fudge-making?!

OMG Best Fudge Ever! My favorite is the Maple Burbon Pecan. You should NEVER go to St. Ignace without stopping by Original Murdick's Fudge. Oh yeah... the Cashew Brittle is pretty awesome too!

Update: I have been given a refund. I feel that there are a lot of good reviews for this company and believe if you are thinking of ordering, give them a try. Everyone has an off day.I ordered from the website based on a Google article about how good they are. We received our order quickly and we were very excited. It tasted as though it was old and had an odd smell. We were unable to eat it. I contacted them to see about returning it.

Very quaint candy shoppe with an old fashioned feel. Employees were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knew their fudge!!

I 'm a Michigander and have lived here my whole life. Whenever we travel, we can 't help but compare fudge because the Mackinac area is famous for it. We see Mackinac fudge all over the country and so we have to try it. Naturally, when it 's not fresh it 's not as good. But still, no place can compare to Murdick 's. Not even the other fudge shops in the UP. The only place I 'd say comes in close second is Frankenmuth Fudge Kitchen. If you like fidge, definitely don 't skip past Murdick 's. Food: 5
