Gott's Roadside - SAINT HELENA

Absolutely the best burger that I have had in a long while. I ordered the cheeseburger and garlic fries. The special sauce on the burger was delicious. I forgot to ask for medium well, so my burger was cooked medium. I almost let that stop me from eating further, but I could not stop! It was a delicious, quality burger just as it was! The staff was friendly! Went on a Saturday and waited in line less than 10 minutes to place order. I'm looking forward to going back on my next trip out west.

Ordered: ONION RINGS hot fresh and not oily. Onions were juicy and slice thick enough to taste its sweetness. Came with a cilantro like ranch. (Color was green). 10/10 BACON BURGER burger was a little on the pinkish red side but the meat was of good quality so the taste was good. We'll prob ask for a medium well done next time. 8/10 CHOCOLATE SHAKE SUPER thick and such good chocolate! 10/10 WE'LL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND TRY OTHER STUFF NEXT TIME!

Like the thousands of other people have said, the burgers are top notch. 9/10 in my opinion as the bun to burger ratio is heavy on the bun. Solid experience eating outside on picnic tables. They try to guilt you into a 20% tip at point of sale. Really?. I am taking my own food and drink to the table and clearing my table when I leave. My policy is to tip $5 when asked in this situation.

This was a great place for lunch between wine tastings. Line was long, but moved quickly. We bought frosé in line and it was delicious. We got the California Burger and Green Chili Cheeseburger, which were good, but I’d honestly be just as happy with an In-n-Out burger. The Citrus Avocado Chip salad was unremarkable. Lots of shaded seating options.

Great for a quick bite between travels along the way from Napa to Calistoga or vice versa. Used to be Taylor's Refresher, and now a Gott's. Order at the window and they give you a buzzer to pick up your food. Grab a glass o vino to pass the time. I noticed the variety of patrons here which is a testament to how good the place is. Large corp groups on team building retreats, small families with young kids, bachelorette parties, all dining in harmony because the food is just that good. Plenty of outdoor (only) seating and a decent amount of parking in the rear. The peach cobbler looked amazing and while the burger sort of fell apart in my hands, it was still delicious. Don't let the long line deter you, the wait is well worth it. Apparently there is also pick up /call ahead orders too!
