Bidra med feedbackI’ve been coming to this Jack’s for years since it opened and usually have a great experience. However, I have never been treated so poorly as I was on my most recent and will not be back to any Jack’s again. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that this is a larger issue. It appears that the day manager Shelly is almost baiting customers with her attitude.
Everybody's favorite southern restaurant, at least better then Jack in the box, might have to try that one again but Jack's also isn't that unique compared to something like Milo's but look on the bright side, there are plenty of things positive!Service: Entered into the restaurant, was greeted upon arrival, nice. I was gonna look at the menu a bit and take my time so they were chill about it, not rushing me at all. Asked for a strawberry milkshake, boneless wings (NEW!! , fries, a large drink and a chicken wrap (also new . They delivered as I said firmly, for here.Atmosphere: Just your typical old style restaurant, not that many people here but you know it gets serious sometimes when there are more customers then workers, every table has these little cut out thingys that advertise family meals or something related to food but it gets me hyped up for more, and more and did I forget to mention, more?Food: Ight, yall gotta try this out, it's only for a limited time too, they got boneless wings now, yep no cap ? if you are a wing lover, you're bound to come here, they got different flavors, normal BBQ, kickin BBQ which is like a spicer version and probably honey mustard as well. Their chicken wrap is small but tasty, fries are to be expected with little to no seasoning, wish they had more ?? and get this a strawberry milkshake $3.39 (SMALL is more then a large drink $1.99 crazy how that works lol but strawberry good, but not as good as arby'sgo here and get your own southern goodness ?
Food isn’t the main problem. The problem is the employees are incompetent. Placed an order in the drive thru and when we pull up to the window they say “it’ll be at least 10 minutes for us to grill your chicken”. Fine we’ll order something else. Instead of fries we asked for coleslaw. The employee working the window said “ok. Got you.” 5 cars were waiting for their food and we were asked to join them and wait. You’re a fast food restaurant for a reason. People want food fast. After finally getting our food, we checked our bag and received fries instead of slaw. Pulled back around and told a different employee about the issue and he’s response was “we ain’t got no coleslaw”. He didn’t offer any resolution as he began shutting the window immediately after responding to my statement. When we got home we noticed they hadn’t put our sauce in the bag. That is the second time this has happened. No wonder no one is EVER in line. There is little to no effort given at Helena Jack’s. It’s an absolute joke.
I stop in here all the time and love how fantastic the service is! The workers are always friendly to me! Food is always hot, and the fries are absolutely scrumptious, too. The only problem I've ever had is the cheese dust never seems evenly spread, but beggers can't be choosy! If you want some good eats, this might be your stop.
The customer service has gone to hell at this Helena location. The manager Shelly is so rude and nasty. She's hard of hearing, l repeated my order at least three or more times and she still got it wrong. When l called back to make her aware of it she got angry and said don't call back harassing her.lm. like lady go back and listen to the cameras and you'll hear what l said. Then she called one of the upper management employees a nobody. I was like wow where do that do this at besides a low budget restaurant like this. Jack's ya'll need to do Better!!! She needs to represent this family restaurant chain better than this. Helena deserves only the best and this ain't it.
