Bidra med feedbackWe stayed here with our senior dog, and the pet fee was quite reasonable. As a platinum member, we were given a spacious room on the top floor that included a balcony. The room featured a small couch and ample space, which was nice. The hotel wasn't very busy, so it was nice and quiet during our stay. There was plenty of parking available, and there were suitable areas to walk our dog. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the elevator felt a bit unsteady and would shift when you stepped inside. The pool was closed during our visit, but the hotel did reach out to inform us about that before our arrival.
Late the next night, after returning from the wedding around 12:30 am, we ended up getting stuck in the elevator when it completely shut down. When we called the front desk for help, the response was disappointing—there were no apologies, and the staff member was abrupt and dismissive. She mentioned she would contact the fire department but didn’t know how long it would take for them to arrive. Fortunately, the fire department responded, and we were freed within about 30 minutes, but the experience was unsettling, particularly given how we were treated. The following morning, when we checked out, we brought up the expired elevator inspection certificate again. The front desk staff laughed off our concern, suggesting we were "lucky guests" and implying this might have happened before. She claimed there had been an inspection in July, which didn’t add up; if that were the case, the certificate should have been updated for liability reasons. Overall, we were shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer care related to such a serious safety issue. It’s troubling to think that a hotel would continue to use an elevator that is outdated and potentially unsafe for guests. Even after our distressing experience, no measures were taken to address it, nor did we receive any acknowledgement of our concerns. I sincerely hope that the elevator inspection occurs soon for everyone's safety.
Exceptional customer service from Andrea at front desk that jumped through hoops to connect my internet. She was very personable and kind and deserves a raise! Clean hotel too.
A small but very nice bistro. All in all, it's a bistro sponsored by Starbucks Coffee and of course the coffee is great. I will add that the service is very nice.
Hotel was in a great area, near a few stores and restaurants and safe area. I was here on a business trip and upon check-in, staff were super friendly and met my accommodations such as highest floor. They even called a few hours later to make sure everything was I expected and if I needed anything; definitely went above and beyond. Plenty of parking, I always found a parking spot right in the front. Although, I did always arrive back to the hotel early (630pm ish). Internet/Wi-Fi was great, this was big for me because I was constantly working so needed reliable internet.They have a Starbucks on site, but I didn't have a chance to stop by because there were always a line and I was always in a rush in the morning to get to the office.
