Giordano's - Saint Charles

I really enjoyed the pizza here at first. Once I realised that the dough being used on the stuffed crust, deep dish was a type of pie crust. It changed my perspective. The bacon half the time is chewy and uneatable. It also seems like they are using a lower quality sausage now as I find more pieces of grissel and cartilage. I'm kind of concerned about trying anything else here due to potential quality issues.

The best Pizza pie in the Chicagoland area! (In my opinion) Food tastes great and always fresh! I got the deep dish cheese and a thin cracker crust pepperoni! Both phenomenal. Inside of this location is elegant, clean and warm feeling! Staff is professional and polite! I highly recommend this business if your looking for primo pie!

We were seated in an area that had the lights off and the gentleman who seated us had to go turn the lights on. There were multiple tables around us that were dirty, covered with used dishes and still needed to be cleaned from previous patrons. Our drink orders were taken and fulfilled quickly. The family salad we ordered took nearly 20 minutes to be delivered to our table even though we were some of the few customers in the restaurant at the time. When it arrived we realized it was incorrectly made and had to send it back to the kitchen. We had to wait another 12 minutes before our correct salad was delivered to our table. Our deep dish pizzas took another 50 minutes before they were finally delivered to our table. The deep dish pizza is were filled with our desired ingredients and taste it delicious. We loved the taste of the food but the service we received was definitely disappointing.

Very nice people, I called my order in advanced to have a sit down dinner with my family, because I knew they were closing soon. Everything was ready when we arrived and never felt rushed.

This place is known for their pizza, but the side salad was amazing! The ambiance is also very nice and our server was excellent.
