Culver's - Saint Charles

This location has to be one of the busiest locations in the OFallon metro area but I don?t know how the management keeps the staff so motivated. The food is always hot, the service is always fast and delivered with a smile. Keep up the good work!

I ordered two curderburgers on Friday night and realized at home that they were missing the cheese curd. Jacob was very kind and offered to replace them for me. I was able to return on a different day and pick up the burgers. I appreciated their effort to correct the mistake. This was the first time I’ve ever had an order go wrong at this location, which usually provides excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you!

I stopped by just for some ice cream, and it was fantastic! The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend trying the chocolate concrete mixed with Oreos – it was incredible!
