They do not accept reservations through OpenTable at all! The wait for food was nearly an hour and they seat you at the worst table!

Upon our arrival, we found the restaurant to be fairly empty, likely due to the impact of the Coronavirus. No reservation was necessary. Our hostess and waitress were not wearing masks. The service was quick and satisfactory, although the waitress lacked knowledge about the wine. The food, which consisted of wings and celery sticks, arrived promptly and was typical of what you would expect at a BWW. I had leftovers that I took home, only to discover chicken feathers on the remaining wings when I examined them in better lighting. After removing the meat from the bones, I gave them to my dog, who didn't seem to mind the feathers. This was the second disappointing experience we've had with BWW. The previous time we ordered takeout, we found that the chicken wings had no seasoning at all, not even salt. It seems like BWW's quality is slipping. It will take some time for me to get over the feather incident. Perhaps they should consider torching the wings to remove any remaining feathers.

When I came home and in a better lighting, I saw chicken hair over my remaining wings. After taking the meat from the bones, I gave it to my dog who didn't make the hair the least. This was the second strike for BWW as far as we are concerned. The previous time we ordered the takeover. When we brought our chicken wings home, we discovered that they had no wort on them at all. Not even salt. Jach! It'll take me until I get over the hairy wings. I should think you could torture these babies to sing all the hair.
