Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

Pizza has a beautiful thin crust, light on the sauce. spicy meat, good choice when they are in the opposite.

First of all the food is delicious. Not only that the employees are cool people from my experience. Even got hooked up with some fries. Will definitely eat here again.

Pizza was acceptable. Staff was ok. Going to a restaurant and having to use paper plates and plastic forks was a little disappointing. Heck the pizza was even served on a paper tray.

Their food is delicious, but every single time I have ordered, they mess something up. Example: Tonight I ordered nachos with the chips on the side so they didn 't get soggy by the time I got home. Not only did they wrap all the toppings individually in aluminum foil (meat included so it got the whole bag soggy) and put the chips in a Styrofoam container (instead of the other way around like normal people do), but they gave me chicken as the meat. I called about this and stated she assumed that 's what I wanted since they sell them both ways. Shouldn 't the default be what is on the menu, aka taco meat, not what you assume?? So frustrated. The last time I ordered the largest size pizza they had with the chicago steak toppings. I got there and they handed me a sandwich. They said, Oh. I thought you wanted the sandwich. Every. Single. Time. I. Order. They get something wrong. Every. Single. Time.

The first time you stopped trying bellacinos. as transplants from chicago we have a hard time to find pizza that we really like here in st louis! I'm glad we found this place because we missed our mozzarella pizzas. the pizza was pretty good, still quite thin on the crust as st. louisians like, but tasted good! the personal was very nice and patient while we decided to order what. she even surprised our children with a few sweet Coca-Cola bears. prices were fair and the children's meal times have a bit to eat. we will definitely come back. Thank you!
