Unbelievable. A restaurant “of a quiet force”. The head of the oven that manages his team with effective delicacy. A beautiful card that makes you want. A dress of plates just and pretty. A well balanced texture and an aromatic wedding. The very subtle dish-vin agreement. We were concise. Good news, the card is changed every two months. Why is 4 stars? We waited 25 minutes before placing our order. Certainly linked to the arrival of several people at the same time. But... after service, nothing to say. Whatever. We'll be back without hesitation.

Surprising discovery in the heart of the old town of St Brieuc, in the sumptuous setting of an old building (15 or 16th century) beautifully renovated on two floors. The service is warm, irreproachable, you will eat in beautiful artisanal and original dishes. The service starts with small verrins, accompanied by really charming wine and all in a precise timing. What to say more than a restaurant that offers casi gastro at a decent price less than 40 € per person. One can feel the soul of a discreet but passionate chef who loves to share his culinary discoveries. I highly recommend this place, but I know how to respect it and appreciate it.
