Oriel - Saint Asaph

Stayed in room 108 2 9 2023 disappointed bathroom has spider webs in window area toilet seat fell off was not secured large stain on carpet divan bed base’s stained and had holes in light fitting full of dead flies, plaster above radiator paint missing was aware room were being renovated but should not lack basic hygiene standards price should be less for un renovated rooms , poor drinks at bar no gin glasses or fruit which is a must , staff pleasant, breakfast ok wedding did not effect our stay . Stayed for 4 nights, and the overall experience was very good. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful at all times. My only complaint was the lack of choice on the menu, and our room did look a bit tired. However, the bed was very comfy and the room was clean, and kept clean for the duration of our stay. Would I use it again? Definitely Rooms: Clean and tidy,but a bit dated. Good wifi though. Food drinks: Well cooked, and tasty, especially the paté
