On arrival at 9:15, we wait 30 minutes in the car that the application confirms that the order was ready, finding the long time we enter inside, we still wait about 15 minutes. We decide to ask someone 'cause there it was a lot anyway. Already we did not have an answer to our voucher, when we asked where our order was, we are told ben it is what we answer that the application did not warn us that the order was ready and that it was not normal, the answer yes ben I do not know me, nor sorry, no good evening, no nothing. Besides, the cokes were unbreakable. We have been very patient and polite, we appreciate being received so badly. I'm not sure I'm coming back.
What happened today, 40 minutes waiting. Grr
Error in order, cold wrap, more than 45 minutes waiting and burger missing on the tray. Total!
Quick service at noon but in the evening it is catastrophic. 45mn has for sure and no excuses or commercial gesture is shameful.
