Great concept where the ice is invited to all stages of a meal. Whether sweet or salty, they are delicious, and made by the chef! I love to start with an olive or melon apéro ice cream, then go on a salad in these hot times: a tomato ice ball and another basil. And finish with the strawberry association, coconut...
