Federal 131 - Saginaw

Excellent meal at the Federal 131 in the SVRC building! I recommend ANYTHING on their menu. Chefs Lonnie Ryan are great and our waiter Greg was very nice and often checked us. What we ordered: Mango Grapefruit-Mimosa, fried Pickles-Appetizer, colossal Coconut Shrimp with peanut and pineapple ham sauce, a burger with smoked Gouda, grilled onions and drunk mushrooms! It was all amazing! Hurry!

I visited SVRC Marketplace once a week and it took me so long to give Federal an attempt. I missed myself. The Udon shell was amazing. Udon is usually a farewell to most sushi restaurants, but here it was fantastic. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is great in a warm summer night. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent dining experience. The food tasted fresh. My absolute favorite part was the pineapple mojito. It was deliciously crisp tasting with just a hint of sweetness and mint. A bit more upscale feeling than other options but quite nice all the same. It was a nice change. Overall pleasant experience.

Awesome food, great service. Had the shrimp tacos. Perfect blend of flavors. Very small seating area but it didn't seem to matter. I highly reccomend it. Will be going back for sure.

Nice little space. Clean and bright. Very unique menu. Will have to revisit to try more things. The fried pickles were a little greasy. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return. Cook seemed cool.
