Bidra med feedbackThe other day, I went to eat pita with my family, I asked if the tea was free, they said free while paying the bill. Just as we were leaving the door, one of the waiters came running after us and said that you will give us 3 teas for 60 liras. I was shocked. Craftsmanship is not done like this, anyway, we will never go to places with such an attitude.
A business that has made a name for itself among the people as one of the oldest pide makers of the region. It is not easy to be well known among Indigenous People. It is located in the center. In summer, you can sit very comfortably with the open ceiling. I ate beef cubed pita and rice pudding. Pita was really crispy , delicious and served quickly . The salad that came with the pita was prepared with care. The bird meat was cut into small cubes. I am someone who wants to taste more of the meat while it comes to mouth a little more, so it was chopped too small. The oil was very good, I can say that I liked the pide. On the other hand, I found the ratio of mastic gum and starch a little too high for rice pudding. The amount of rice in it was quite low. The sugar ratio was ideal, but I did not feel like I was eating baked rice pudding because of the issues I mentioned. I drank Bağlar soda, but I found it a bit too much for the local area to be 30₺. I recommend this business to those who come to the region.
If you want to eat pita when you go to Safranbolu. I recommend Kilcioğlu pide, which is a very old brand. Safranbolu twist is a different taste. A closed pita with spinach and minced meat. I recommend you try it.
The pies are delicious. The one with cheddar and bird fish is the best. We did not like the pita with minced meat, it came very dry. However, the prices are expensive. Especially the fact that an ayran is 30 TL was the thing that surprised me the most. Drinks were unnecessarily expensive. Prices may become reasonable.
Try the very delicious twist and minced meat, the prices are reasonable.
