Panda Express - Sacramento

I discovered a piece of plastic in my chow mein, and now I’m unable to get a refund.

I was looking to grab a quick bite to eat and noticed that the line was short. Unfortunately, the employee at the food station was quite rude and appeared visibly irritated. She rolled her eyes at customers and had a sharp attitude while they were trying to place their orders. After encountering such unwelcoming service, we decided to go over to Hamburg instead.

It was extremely crowded today due to a convention happening at the Golden One Arena. I had to wait longer than usual, but they made up for it, so I’ll definitely be returning. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and it has a pleasant smell. I ordered the Mushroom Chicken, and it was served very fresh.

After witnessing her unprofessional behavior, we decided to leave and head to Lounge Burger instead.
