Noble Vegetarian - Sacramento

Amazing food and great service! Tucked away in a small strip mall is a gem of vegan mom and pop restaurant! I ordered the rose on the grill roll and it was the perfect combo of crunchy and soft, warm and cold, I demolished them too fast to take a photo. For my entree I got the Mongolian spicy with noodles. So yummy! It's spicy but not tooooo bad, think Siracha level spice. I will definitely go back.

I came across this place one night when other places were closed and Google Maps said they were open. I've always loved a vermicelli bowl and I noticed they had it on the menu. A few weeks before my trial of Noble Vegetarian, I had one of the best bowls I've eaten in San Jose so it had stiff competition. This place is right up there with the best vermicelli bowls!! Also try the different rolls on the menu. All of them provide a different taste, and they're all delicious.

The quality of food here was great. I got the Basil Eggplant Tofu, with a side of brown rice, and the dish was excellent and large enough servings to serve as two meals. The gentleman that served me, Jacob, was kind, courteous, and helpful. The measures in place at the restaurant to ensure the safety of it's customers from COVID related issues was definitely welcomed. I'm looking forward to trying other things on their menu soon.

1st Time, but was eager to check it out try something new. This became my Sunday Dinner. It was a Great Choice. Best Customer Service, Extremely Welcoming, Friendly Helpful. My Food was Very Fresh Very Tasty.

One of the best vegan restaurants in the area. Really good prices and portion sizes. I've always had great quick customer service here every time I visit. Try the golden potato curry and the fried rice. Yum!
