Jack In The Box - Sacramento

Haven't had this restaurant in years. Was so excited to be back and service was great. Food was great. Everything was great. New menu was GREAT!!!

This particular Jack in the Box location used to be the number one location I would go to but for about a year now they have been completely downhill. I hope they will soon recover I love the spot when they are doing well

Idk how they do it even with different employees I don't go here often but when I do it's a guarantee that I'll get a messed up order. I'd like to say it's me but I never had this issue anywhere but here for the most part just so consistent. Sometimesghetto people sometimes nice people but still a messed up order

Didn't get straws or napkins with our order, or I would've given 5 stars. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the food hit the spot.

Overcooked meat. Dried bread... Day old. Very disappointed Update Replying to owner. Instead of saying your sorry send coupons for a replacement or a link to respond to you the owner. Have had this happen 3 times this month.
