El Pollo Loco - Sacramento

Meal was quick and delish! I would defiantly recommend ordering more sauces because they only give small 1oz containers not even filled with sauce. Order of the 10 piece fed 4 adults easily. accurate order as well.

Too salty. the pico was so salty it destroyed the entire bowl. You can 't un-salt anything. The fresh mashed potatoes were instant. Also too salty. The potatoes were the same texture as the Styrofoam container they were served in. Don 't say fresh if it 's flakes. Not the same quality as once was. The food looks exactly like pictured, but the taste was liquid smoke and salt. Maybe it was just that batch of birds., my feet are puffy from the sodium. Nope

I tried to make the young people smile the window I went through the drive-thru, but there was nothing they were like alien practice, okay I didn't want to go back there. And I got the wrong food I asked after a double tostada chicken salad, but instead I had something in a plastic dish I had a little chicken there also beans and rice as a salad, but it wasn't what I wanted. I only found it home, so I had no choice of just eating it.

Cashier at the window (Lose) had her mask under her mouth, played with her nose ring while she waited to pack my order. Other staff inside were about 50/50 wearing the right mask. Some people didn't wear them at all. Service was super slow today for some reason

The food is excellent for a fast food restaurant. I went during the dinner rush so I had to wait awhile when I placed my order inside. I think it is faster to go through the drive thru since they seem to give those orders priority. El Pollo Loco is always a good choice for me when it comes to fast food. Bring your coupons! You save a lot more money that way!
