I ordered a double cheese baconator or extreme bacon like that was the name of sandwich ..added mustard, pickles and lettuce and to be cut in half ..my combo that rungup to a few cents less than $15.00 . Driving from Sac back to Bay in holiday traffic. Opened the bag as I entered the fwy, atehot fries .. nicely salted ? opened the burger that I ordered cut in half and took a bite into my anticipated ?bacon ? burgerand thought ? where?s the bacon ? had to unwrap the burger to check how many pieces of bacon it was ?missing ?? all but onepiece? once I opened the half I was eating I then opened the other half to ensure my mind was right and my eyesight wasn?tdeceptively playing hide the bacon .. it wasn?t.. only a half of bacon assigning it was cut from the half I had bitten into.. My normal reaction is to return and get what I ordered. I was too deep in traffic and pulled the receipt off the bag andmade a call to report the error of the cook and window services as no one double checked that ?special order ? was correct.. Ihad to leave a detailed message as no one picked up the phone . I did make mention I would be posting a review.. At theseprices and being that most folks aren?t locals that use the convenience of a ?drive thru ? we are driving literally through?and depending on you to ensure the order is complete and correct. Please take the time and remember to do better for yourtraveling customers too.. You can do better .. we all can ..
The Owner of this establishment is an AMAZING man. He takes pride in fresh accurate orders as well as takes food allergies very seriously as we do. He asked his staff to please change their gloves when preparing our order as I have a tomato allergy thatcauses anaphylaxis. Thank you sir and employees for going above and beyond for your guests.
I'm not sure what's going on with this restaurant, but they haven't reopened their dining room since the pandemic, and it's been closed for a few years now. It seems like they have no plans to reopen it anytime soon, as they appear to be satisfied with just drive-through traffic. That's fine, but they should at least inform customers about it so that people don't waste their time trying to walk in. It's frustrating.
Located between hotels and a gas station, this restaurant could benefit from improved signage and a better speaker system for the drive-thru. Additionally, having an associate who is more fluent in English would enhance the experience.
I enjoy visiting this location because I have family members who work here. However, I was quite disappointed when I was unable to redeem a free burger from a T-Mobile promotion, and the staff didn't seem to offer much help or concern. Since I had already driven there, I decided to purchase a burger out of pocket, only to find out that none of the drinks in the dining room were available for refills. Additionally, I was encouraged to use points from their online system. To make matters worse, the dining room was completely blocked off without any explanation or safety concerns, forcing guests who wanted to dine in to sit at the far end tables. I'm not sure if I'll be returning in the future.
