Frankie's Mexican Cuisine - Sachse

The food is awesome and reasonably priced and the drinks are awesome! This is a must try location in Sachse, as the wait time is very limited.

The queso and mimosa was the spot light of my lunch here. The taco salad was pretty pitiful. SO much lettuce and not where near enough toppings to saturate...

Nice restaurant. Enjoyed dinner with my family of 5. Had a dish for everyone to enjoy. My kids are all different and picky so I enjoyed the variety of items on their menu. Next time I go, it will be during happy hour with the wife.

We have been going to the Frankie's on Jupiter, which is fine, but my wife and I tried this location for lunch, and I liked it enough to bring my kids for dinner the next day. I think we've changed our Frankie's for future visits! The food is perfectly fine two caveats: I only saw tamales on their lunch menu, and they're really good: and I tend to order Tex Mex, but they have Mexican style fish dishes, and also have several fusion dishes like Mexican Lasagna and Frankie's Fried Rice. If you find something you don't like, order something else the next time it may be VERY different! The service was first class we visited at the end of a lunch rush hour and at the height of Friday dinner. Everyone worked hard, and everyone worked together we were sitting across from a party of about 20, so we got to see them under pressure. If you think Abuelos is your kind of atmosphere, this place may not be for you. It's clean, and less dark and gloomy than their Jupiter location, but this is what non chain Mexican food places in Dallas have looked like for at least half a century. Whether you order authentic food or not, you get the authentic experience! We'll be back. ???
