Prepare to be ignored and treated as if ur order is the biggest inconvenience in the workers' day. and whatever u do, don't you dare ask for a straw or napkins .

I swear if I could I would give no stars at all. Every single time I bring my grandmother and my great aunt to get small ice cream cones they give them blizzards or the wrong kind of ice cream then it takes them 3-4 times to correct it. They need new management new trainers and figure it out. Unacceptable!

I went inside and ordered three mini Blizzards, a small Blizzard, two cones, and a rainbow milkshake. It took about 30 minutes to get our order. I noticed that no one was wearing gloves. When we finally got the milkshake, it was more like a cold pink soup. I had to pour it into a bowl for my daughter when we got home, and we live just two blocks away from Dairy Queen. Overall, it was a terrible experience. However, I later visited the Dairy Queen in Fairfield and ordered the Under the Rainbow milkshake, which was absolutely delicious! So, if you’ve had a bad experience at the Mount Vernon location, don’t let it discourage you from trying one elsewhere. The milkshake in Fairfield turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had!

The staff was friendly, and they promptly served my food, which was all fresh.
