I picked the No.1 recommend sesame cheese cake. They taste sweet without sesame flavor. Other 2 boba teas are good.

Ordered a pillow top jasmine milk tea with boba. It is more expensive but the amount is less than other boba stores. The boba is not sweetened and there was too much there. I ordered a 50% sweetened, which is not very sweet. I think probably full sugar is fine for Asian's taste.

I love it when a boba place clearly marks when their drinks are caffeine free.The brown sugar boba milk is delicious!

There's a lot of popular places and boba places here in Balboa and Clairemont already so saturation of tea drinks is already an issue. However, I find myself going back to this place just because of the quality of their tea drinks. For non-dairy drinkers, this is your spot. Flavor is higher quality and doesn't taste water down or too sweet like other places. Highly recommended and deserves more customers for sure. I recommend to try their original milk tea but my favorite is the white coffee milk tea.

I brought my three girls here to treat them for boba. Because we are lactose intolerant I substitute all our bobas with oat milk. When I paid I thought the price was pretty steep. We got five items and I paid almost $40! We got 1 caramel brulee milk tea, 1 lychee matcha fresh milk tea, 1 strawberry matcha fresh milk tea, 1 fresh orange Thai tea and one ube taro sago. The orange Thai tea is not a good combo?. The matcha drinks were way too sweet even though we chose regular sweetness. And the caramel brulee couldn't even taste the caramel. For the price none of our teas were good. I wanted to complain but I felt bad since all the drinks were already made so we ended up drinking them. The sago was very runny and not flavorful at all. They had a very small corner with a table and had no trash cans to throw away any of our bobas when we were done. Just got home and looked at my receipt. I'm So annoyed to see that they charged us $1 per substitute for oat milk and $0.75 to add boba to each drink without letting me know! No wonder it was more expensive than the first saw when I was looking at the price. I basically paid $8 per freaking boba! I will never go back to this place ever again
