Jersey Mike's Subs - S San Diego

The staff admitted to handing my hot sub sandwich out to another customer. Total wait time at this Jersey Mike's was about 23 minutes. The only thing offered to me was an apology. In addition to the poor service, the entrance door dampener has been inoperative for some time, causing the door to slam behind you while entering.

Patience with the customers is important she didn’t have any!! And no patience making the sand which it ain’t a race !!

It was my first time at a jersey Mike store and they were very nice and helpful to me They explained the way they did things and they were very good at what they did. You are going to put Subway out of business. Way to go guys

Ordered online for pick up. Waited 20 mins. Got confirmation that my order was ready. Drove there to pick up and they tell me they're out of gluten free bread. Real great customer service. Thanks for wasting my time when I only have so long for lunch. Don't take orders for things you don't have.

In general, I like this restaurant. But my visit at this location wasn't my favorite because they charge more for gluten free bread at this location than other locations.
