I ordered a large, was charged for a large, placed my $2 of change in the tip jar, and was handed a medium with a smile on her face. Friendly ineptitude is what you get when you shop here.

For some reason all Jamba locations have a certain smell and I can’t put my finger on it. It’s like a mix between smoothie powder and cleaner. Either way the smoothies are always good despite the costs going way up. Customer service is good. Parking for this location is just okay, but it’s in a busy shopping center so it’s not their fault.

A juice bar that couldn’t make me a juice because their juicer was broken ?

The girls aren’t very friendly here, don’t greet you or say anything, not very welcoming.
