Exactly a place I could go to for breakfast lunch on a business trip. Walking distance from Hilton Sheraton. The sandwiches are huge delicious prices are fair surpass the price gouging at the hotels, practically only other options when you don't have much time. After You eat your sandwich you're gonna need a walk because the portion sizes so generous and so tasteful. I've been here a couple days and tried a few items on the menu and have not been disappointed. They have only 1 employee so big groups can enjoy the outside tables view but it take awhile. I recommend calling your order in. Coffee, to go snacks, hot/cold sandwiches other beverages options a variety of booze.
Here on business and this little gem was recommended for lunch. I phone ordered the hurricane sandwich and some tots...took it to go. The sandwich was very yummy, tots very crispy and the ladies who helped me and made the food were just delightful. Cost was on point and let me tell you.... It's worth it! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Clayton's Galley is located near some large tourist/airport hotels on Harbor Island. It appears to be aimed at the boat owners and crew associated with the sizeable adjacent marina. It was a welcome break from the criminally overpriced food served at the hotels with a decent breakfast to be had for under $10, with friendly service and outdoor tables with a view of the marina to boot.
A hidden gem! Not only do they provide yummy food but they have all the necessities for the people on the boats (snacks, alcohol, toiletries, drinks, drink ware, etc) and everything is good quality brands and not just junk food! Very impressed with their offerings, especially for such a small, hidden place.
