Outstanding breakfast toasts!!! One of my favorite meals. Friendly and helpful but given their toasts are hand-tailored they can take a little too long some days.

Great coffee shop in Ruston, LA. They have great avocado toast and homade bread. The barristas are phenomenal and make the best lattes in Ruston. Common Goods is the only place to get great coffee and baked goods. Their kolaches are fantastic, I recommendthe blueberry creamcheese!

Having lived in both Oregon and Manhattan, I've experienced my fair share of coffee shops. However, this particular one in Ruston truly stands out. The blend of affordability and high-quality food is remarkably impressive for a coffee shop in this area. I’m already anticipating my next visit. The deluxe breakfast sandwich is outstanding and comes highly recommended. I’m also excited to try the brie, apricot, and bacon toast on my next trip. For anyone who enjoys great coffee shop offerings, this place is a must-visit.

However, I did have a couple of downsides. The parking situation was a bit challenging, and there were not enough tables since it was quite full. This made it difficult to focus on my book with all the conversations buzzing around me. Perhaps an expansion is in their future!

Having an artisan bakery and coffee shop in town definitely enhances Ruston's charm and warmth. Common Goods truly excels in every aspect—welcoming staff, locally owned, fast service, and a wonderful selection of fresh products, from coffee to cookies. A visit here is always a great choice.
