Terrible. While picking the lettuce that had turned brown out of my salad, I found a piece of rubber, about 4 inches long in my salad. When I called to tell them she asked What do you want a refund or a new salad . At this point my lunch is over and she said delivery was not an option. The tone with the first employee and subsequent manager could not have been more disinterested. Additionally the lack of shock that there was a piece of rubber in a customers food was SHOCKING!

Super expensive, drive thru takes 20 minutes per person. My one sandwich cost almost $15 doesn't even include a drink! Oh wow a pickle and small bag of chips... how about a drink instead! Or maybe switch the pickle out for a drink? Come on. This is whyAmerica is fat.. because junk food is more affordable.
