Flying J Travel Center - Ruther Glen

Large parking but aways full, showers not so clean and #11 water jumps from hot to really cold i was shivering and had the worst shower ever, cinnabom, golden coral, hot pj food, cold sandwiches l, coffee, milk dispenser all good, staff is nice will greatyou all the time.

Great experience! good price on fuel. great coffee. the chicken tortilla soup was amazing!! the cashier went above and beyond. they were so friendly and efficient!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Flying J. The free and premium WiFi doesn't work inside the building or in the parking lot. The store was dirty, and the food options were very limited for a Flying J. Although the shower room was clean, the water was ice cold. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly; everyone I interacted with was rude. I probably won't stop here again anytime soon. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Flying J.

We've visited this place three times to use the showers, and each time I tell myself I should write a review. This time, it was particularly disappointing. We're not normally ones to complain, but this has reached a ridiculous level. After driving all day and wanting to take a shower, you expect it to be clean and have hot water. Unfortunately, these showers fail on both counts! For $16, you either get cold water or scalding hot water, along with mold. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The shower area was in terrible condition, resembling a pigsty. I had to clean the toilet seat before I could even use it. I believe the CDC would issue a condemnation if they took samples from that place. It’s clear that they’re more focused on taking our money than on caring for truck drivers.
