Sonic Drive-In - Russellville

Sonic in riverview off boyette has not good food..sorry-but noo. and I love sonic. but now bad quality and overpriced - I will go elsewhere

Ordered online and waited 20 minutes to get my order and then I called. Several times called to get a refund to not answer. no one answered the phone and they all service bad time

Just the worst sonic I've ever been. they should close this place honestly. I was here twice and both of them were terrible. rude, slow, drink without ice in them, bleed. save time and go somewhere else.

Service was easy to slow, it's okay though there was only one server out there and she was amazing! her name was ashlynn and she apologized for waiting and treated us amazingly! the food was hot and delicious. we are coming back?

For the past few months almost every time we have ordered through the app and had to wait more than 15 mins because for some reason they were drive thru only the only way to get our food was to push the red button and ask for it even after checking in. This most recent time we were being watched out of the window by an employee for 10 mins before I just ended up pressing the button again to be told rudely that they were drive through only. They immediately brought our food out and it had been sitting for the length of time I was checked for sure because the items were half melted and others were cold edit I have called the sonic hotline that just tells you to call the manager of the store directly and that is no help
