Pizza Hut - Russellville

Drove 30 minutes to have a meal. Apparently, their dine in is closed . I asked when will it be back open and was told I don 't know . One would think that they would have the doors locked as well as some hint of information that the dine in is closed. I 'm not very pleased right now.

They had me on hold for 20min. Called from a secondary phone and they answered, ready to take my order. While I was still on hold on the first phone.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was yelled at in the drive-thru because the employee couldn't hear me. They were very disrespectful the entire time I was there. Although the food was good, the customer service was horrendous. This restaurant needs to be shut down because they don't seem very organized.

The restaurant just isn't the same anymore. It's still my favorite pizza chain, but I miss the option to dine in, the salad bar, and the days when a pan pizza was served in the pan.
