Bidra med feedbackThe garlic bread with mozzarella was priced at £10.25, which we found to be quite expensive. The small bowl of olives was £3.95, which we assumed were complimentary. However, it turned out that we had to pay for them, possibly due to Callum speaking quickly and not making it clear. The Arrabbiata dish, with a few pieces of diced chicken and a small amount of mozzarella, cost a total of £39.50 for two portions. It seemed as though we were charged £6 each for the chicken and mozzarella, which we believe should have been closer to £18 each, not £39.50 for both portions. We regret not checking the prices before paying the bill of £74.20, as we were just grabbing a quick bite before heading to Vue Cinema. We feel that this is an exorbitant price for the quality of food we received and have decided not to return to this restaurant.
Visited the farnborough branch today with a friend and her little girl for lunch, lovely bright welcoming restaurant, music volume was perfect. friendly staff and our waiter Callum was attentive and very professional. delicious food everything we ordered came out piping hot and presentation was excellent.
Came here for a family lunch to celebrate daughter's drum exam. Was asked about allergies and said I am allergic to nuts. It was explained it would be at least 45 mins for our meal as they clean down for it. Totally understood and appreciated the care. I didn't have a starter, but rest of family did so they arrived in about 15-20 mins. Mains came out straight after so very organised, despite restaurant being half full of people eating. Really pleasant server and good sense of humour too. Food was lovely. Would recommend.
This place has a problem with service. It's food is OK. I've been here 3 times at lunch. First time was good; non uniformed and clearly experienced front of house. Pleasant experience. Second time had one of the turquoise shirt servers who overdid the attentiveness and actually decided to deliver the bill without me requesting it, while I was quietly reading in a 2/3 empty restaurant, at lunchtime, and still had a drink in front of me. 3rd time it was as a family. Another turquoise shirt did the over attentive to the point it could have been used as a source for a comedy sketch. This completely disrupted our reason for having lunch there which was to have a simple quiet family meal before our son went to the airport to return home. Our son a chef in Michelin restaurants was a bit taken aback by the experience that server should not have been allowed out unsupervised with real customers. So a mixed bag. Only turquoise shirts on. Definitely no. Older people in normal clothes. More than OK.
Nice catch up with a friend, had a voucher for Prezzo. Love their food great atmosphere and staff were on point! Nice table near the window, lovely. Food came out a little too quickly (within 5 mins?! makes me wonder how long it may have been waiting under the hot plate in the kitchen... but other than that, all was great. Will definitely return.
