Pizza Hut - Rupert

I ordered a pizza with a topping that was not available, but the restaurant did not inform me until after the pizza was made. This was extremely poor customer service. However, they did offer to deduct the price of the missing topping from my next order. It seems like a questionable business practice - make a pizza with missing toppings and then ask the customer to buy another one.

Our pizza was on time and Hot!Driver was AMAZING! Unfortunately the cookie was hard and overcooked. Otherwise a good experience!

We got a hand tossed and thin medium pizza deal both at 6.99 for pick a pick order- I believe. Perfect amount of food for the perfect price plus a two liter and it was still under 20 bucks. Great service- great people-great food! I shall return!

I recently dined at Pizza Hut on Oneida Street in Rupert, Idaho and must say that their wings are some of the best I have ever had. They definitely outshine the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Pocatello. The pizza is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff members are friendly and attentive.

The staff were not very welcoming, but I should have gone to a different pizza place that includes free cheese and pepper packets. Pizza Hut charges for them. I opted for a combo meal, but there were limited choices available, resulting in an additional $8 charge.
