Honey Dew Donuts - RUMFORD

I was in the mood for there breakfast Burrito and it was very good indeed! Wrap was filled with egg and potato directly cooked! The decaffeinated coffee was not as hot as usual, so only 4 stars are! When I say hot coffee, I don't mean Luke Warm

? Dear Honey Dew Donuts very much we go there since the first day they practically opened they were always nice to me when I go to the drive-up window and get my bagel and cream cheese and big coffee the coffee is always good their thanks

I am a regular customer here and have been for over 4 yrs i came today and the young lady at the window was sloppy looking in her uniform, was obvious she could not take am order while someone was at the window took a while to say anything through speaker then when i make it to the window her mask which is mandatory in RI to be worn while serving the public and hers was around her neck like a neck sling! And to top it off i asked for a med iced coffee extra light 4equal a.d it was dark and horrible...didnt even bother to gp back tk get it fixed...probably wont be back...sad

I love my croissant i get every morning, however I recently asked the girl why it takes so long. She said they only have one cooker (oven) I'm sorry that's crazy. The Newport Ave location in Rumford is BUSY.

This is the worst honey dew, if im in the area and in the mood for them then i stop at this location and every time i do the staff are so unprofessional and have no clue what there doing, my order usually gets screwed up. Today i order a chi latte which was fine, i also got a french sandwich which i get at any other honey dew location and its made perfect, they put cheese on it which it doesnt come on this sandwhich and it comes on a croissant they put it on an english muffin, they couldnt even ask me what i wanted it on or tell me there out of croissants! They just decide to put it on an english muffin, absolutely disgusting/cold i threw it out. Ill drive to the one further away next time at least ill get what i order and better customer service, there were 2 girls there and one of them was counting the draw instead of helping the other girl who does that at 11 in the morning?? Unprofessionals i guess.
