K-bob's Steak House Ruidoso

Server was very attentive! I had the sirtender with grilled summer base and fried green Chile. It was all delicious! I cleaned my plate without hesitation. The steak was beautiful and delicate. I was first concerned about how it was cooked because it saw a little red for my pleasure, but it tasted delicious!

The food was great. Salad bar amazing. But our waiter was like that. Never came and look at us to see if everything is okay. Had to wipe him off every time we needed something.

I've been to Aspencade Rally since the days I came to Aspencade years ago, not here. We wanted a steak and decided to go back. They were busy on Saturday night, but we were sitting right away. We had a great waiter. He was funny and attentive. We both ordered the Sirtender Steak. We ordered them medium with Gravy Maische Potatoes and I had roasted okra and she had the salad bar. The salad bar was great, the steaks were boiled properly and the potatoes were right. We couldn't have been happy anymore, and we would have returned safely. They were on their game today.

This is the kBob plate, paid a little extra for a 2nd kbob. Meat just didn't seem like it had much flavor. Great service clean environment.

They have a great atmosphere and loved the live music playing while we ate. They were very busy but the turn around on tables was amazing. The food was good.
