I order from here almost 4-5x per week and from this 4-5 times my order is at least twice in the week wrong. what I can't understand, because I order the same thing every time. the luxury of my mobile app is pointless because instead of my drink is correct and ready. I have to wait longer until they make the drink right. for example, my order was wrong today, so I'm going in to get my drink back. only that they make it wrong again! I was only dissatisfied because at this point either they don't know what they can do or they can't read. I'm accused of ****. very disappointing
Coffee was good. But, the line is always in Woodward. That should be illegal because are people really that lazy to drive somewhere else. ? I ended up having to but my point is- do better. People shouldn't be allowed to line out into the main road just so they can be obese pigs. No.
This is usually my go-to starbucks. Today I was waiting for my drink and payed and handed my drink to which it spilled all over my arms. The woman obviously noticed, turned around and walked away. I waited for my second drink and without even saying a word, she immediately handed my drink and started saying here you and practically screaming goodbye in my face. I didn't do anything wrong, wasn't handed a napkin, and had an extremely rude experience.
Nicely remodeled friendly customer service service. The only thing missing is the delicious dessert case. They still have desserts we just don't see that display
Always friendly hard working staff. Mobile app hasn't work for a week and out of cold brew: but that's okay
