Excellent option for pick-up! However, I strongly recommend avoiding their app for delivery. It appears they use a third-party delivery service. Our pizza ended up at the wrong address, and when we finally got it, it was dropped and ruined. I attempted to call their customer service several times but received no response and haven't gotten any callbacks.

I had an awful experience with this restaurant. They never answer the phone! I’ve attempted to call several times to order Crazy Crust pizzas, but no one ever picks up. I’ve ordered from them in the past—sometimes as many as 6 to 10 pizzas at once—and I’ve always enjoyed their Crazy Crust. However, this time, I couldn’t even get through to place my order, despite calling six times tonight. I’m really frustrated, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to improve their customer service!

I visited this restaurant yesterday to pick up pizza for my family, and the staff were extremely rude. I returned today, hoping they were just having a rough day. I ordered a deep dish Hawaiian pizza, but they gave me a regular Hawaiian pizza that was undercooked. I called to explain the situation and request a remake, but they hung up on me while I was talking. When I called a second time and spoke to a manager, they said they would prepare the correct pizza when we arrived, despite us having already waited 30 minutes for the first one. We tried to call back multiple times—five, to be exact—and every time, they hung up on us.

However, when I took my first bite at home, I found it was still undercooked. Not wanting to go back for a third time, I called the restaurant instead. I got hung up on five times before finally getting someone to answer, and they had a really bad attitude when I asked for a refund. They said they would process it, but didn’t ask for my name until I mentioned it myself. I understand they might be short-staffed, but I saw several employees just standing around doing nothing while I was waiting both times. At this point, I’ve decided to order from a different place because the prices at Little Caesars aren’t even that great. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.

Great for takeout! However, don't rely on their app for delivery services! I believe they use DoorDash, and we've had issues with our pizza being delivered to the wrong address and also received a pizza that was clearly dropped and smashed. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but I've received no answers or callbacks.
